My passion for visual storytelling began with my father, an avid photographer. Growing up, I watched him capture our family’s memories with his collection of cameras. Every time he upgraded, he’d pass his older gear down to me and my brother. That generosity gave me the tools to explore creativity at a young age — whether it was my first digital point-and-shoot, a film camera, or eventually a DSLR. For years, photography was my creative outlet. But as life went on, I drifted away from it — until six years ago, when I discovered cinematic filmmaking. The moment I saw my first cinematic short film, I was hooked. The way visuals, sound, and storytelling could merge into something so immersive lit a fire in me unlike anything I’d experienced before.

In 2019, while still a college student, I immersed myself in the craft. I spent countless hours studying filmmaking from the ground up — pre-production, production, and post-production — determined to become the most well-rounded and skilled filmmaker I could be. I binged cinematic videos, analyzed commercial direction, and learned the art of travel filmmaking. Once I was ready, I went all in. I invested in my first professional mirrorless camera, a professional drone, a brand-new laptop, and all the gear I needed to operate at a professional level. And with that leap, I founded HYZE Films — my creative studio dedicated to delivering not just high-quality films and photos, but a complete client experience.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working across commercial campaigns, events, real estate, sports, and brand storytelling. Whether I’m documenting personal adventures, producing for clients, or working with agencies, my goal is the same: to create visuals that inspire, connect, and deliver results. For me, filmmaking isn’t just a profession — it’s a craft I’ve dedicated my life to mastering, and a way to provide lasting value to every person and brand I work with.
