All creative services (photography, videography, drone cinematography, etc.) are provided under a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. These Terms apply to general use of the Site and any preliminary inquiries.

4. Payment Terms
For projects booked through this Site, payment terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement. HYZE Films may require deposits to secure booking, with the balance due per contract terms. Failure to pay may result in withheld delivery of media.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies will be specified in each project’s written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the contract, deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
